Spice Girls star Emma Bunton joined a host of celebrities at St Paul's Cathedral on Saturday afternoon to celebrate the wedding of her former bandmate Mel B. The 50-year-old singer, whose full name is Melanie Brown, married hairdresser Rory McPhee after announcing their engagement in October 2022.
Bunton, known as "Baby Spice", arrived at the ceremony with her partner Jade Jones and son Beau. Other celebrity guests spotted at the prestigious London venue included model Daisy Lowe and her husband Jordan Saul, along with comedians Tom Allen and Katherine Ryan.

For her special day, Mel B worked closely with Evelie bridal and designer Josephine Scott to create a luxury georgette crepe gown. Caroline Black, owner of Evelie Bridal, told PA that the bride "wanted a bespoke gown that embodies strength, sensuality, and timeless glamour".
The dress featured a "sculpted corset bodice" with "intricate draping that hugs the silhouette and flows into a dramatic, sweeping train". A sheer illusion detachable jacket, hand-embellished with pearl constellations, created a high neck, long-sleeve effect that added "ethereal elegance to complement the ceremony and honour St Paul's etiquette".
Cathedral-length veil completes look
Mel B completed her bridal ensemble with a cathedral-length veil embroidered with scattered pearls. Black described the styling process as "an honour" and "nothing short of extraordinary", adding that helping "a real Spice Girl choose her wedding dress" was exceptional.
"What's truly made this experience so meaningful is getting to know Mel as just Mel, not the icon, but the woman," Black said. Designer Scott explained that creating the gown was about "capturing her fearless spirit and softness all in one look".
Previous relationships and family
Scott added that every detail was "chosen to honour her strength and sensuality, while celebrating the woman and the love story beneath the girl power". Mel B was previously married to Stephen Belafonte until she filed for divorce in 2017 following allegations of abuse.
The singer has three daughters from her previous relationships: Madison Brown Belafonte with Belafonte, Phoenix Chi Gulzar and Angel Iris Murphy Brown from two earlier partnerships.
